Booking Policy 

Booking Fee 

A non-refundable booking fee of 40% is required to secure your session date and time.

This fee will be deducted from your final invoice. Bookings are not confirmed until the fee is received. 

Payment Terms 

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Payment can be made via SumUp, or bank transfer. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no extra cost. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may forfeit the booking fee. 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate a new date. 

No-Shows 

Failure to attend a confirmed session without prior notice will result in loss of the booking fee and may incur an additional charge for rescheduling. 

Late Arrivals

 
Sessions start at the booked time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or rescheduling, at the photographer’s discretion. 

Rights & Usage 

Images are licensed for the client’s business use (e.g., websites, LinkedIn, marketing). Additional licensing for broader use can be discussed during consultation.

Upgrades of licensing packages can be purchased after the shoot when needed.
